Started in the dire bear market in 2018 where opportunities are so limited, He focused on learning one thing; futures trading. Juggling 2 full time jobs as an OFW while trading really built his self and time management as he went through his crypto journey.
Understanding the struggle of aspiring Filipinos inside and outside the country and he really took his time to understand the art of trading that allows him to dream bigger not only for himself but also for his co-filipinos who are struggling with their level 1 of finances; earning.
In 2019, He started to teach the basics of trading to small local communities in various parts of the Philippines; Cebu, Tagum, Davao and in Metro Manila. Leveraging this experience, He became a trusted figure in local communities, advocating financial literacy and empowerment.
Fast forward to 2022, He established a common ground for traders, where different technical strategies can thrive, exchange information and learn from one another, Gainers Ground is born! A place where every gainer is more than just a number.
Fabbie

Miguel Enrique Fabros, a.k.a Fabbie in the Web3 space, started his cryptocurrency trading journey way back in 2019-2020. A multi-concept trader that started applying all of his knowledge into the Cryptocurrency market. He first mastered the price action theory by using patterns, trend lines, etc. He also tried Ichimoku Cloud after a trading coach (Niki) taught him how to use and maximize it in lower time frames. As he gained more experience in the financial market, he tried to learn more about the Smart Money Concept (SMC), seeing that it has a good risk-to-reward ratio (RRR), he tried to utilize it by using all of his strategies as confluences.
Fabbie is now the Vice President of Internal Operations in Gainers Ground, responsible for handling the internal operations ranging from paperworks, sponsorships and partnerships, events management, trading coaches curriculum, and internal affairs.
Ianboi

Ianboi started his career from sales and marketing to entrepreneurship and now crypto and forex trading. More than 4 years in the business world enable him to master market dynamics, seize profitable opportunities as well as come up with efficient strategies.
Kickstarting his career path in sales and marketing which was tough, He set himself as an outcomes-driven expert immediately. He managed to be more empathetic, listen diligently so as to learn the specific pain points of customers; due to this very reason, he managed to come up with what we called a perfect option not once during his whole career taking various roles because of which today he is celebrated as a successful person in so many different areas.
There has been an unusual dedication to keep pushing the limits of the financial world by Ianboi as he analyzes market trends, comes up with new trading tactics or imparts his knowledge on upcoming traders.

Started spot trading in 2020, His interest in the world of finance was ignited. As He delved deeper, found himself drawn into the intricacies of futures trading, particularly with the unstoppable rise of Axie Infinity in 2021. Seeking to refine his skills, He dedicated countless hours to research and practice while actively engaging with various trading communities. It was during this time that He honed his focus on the SMC strategy, consistently analyzing market movements to gain a trading edge.
Fast forward to 2024, He proudly serves as a ground director at Gainers Ground, a platform where He continues to apply his expertise in trading and navigate the exciting landscape of Web 3.0. Through disciplined strategies and a passion for innovation, He strives to not only make profits but also contribute to the ever-evolving world of finance.

In 2021, he entered the Web3 space, engaging in play-to-earn games, trading, NFTs, and airdrops. He pooled his Christmas money gift to delve into SMC trading. Along the way, he encountered wonderful people who assisted him in initiating his career in the Web3 space. He began experimenting with various blockchains for NFTs and airdrops, aiming for quick-flip profits. Wherever the money flows, he follows the one trait that he has "money magnet". Now, as a Web3 researcher and Finance Director at Gainers Ground, where he continues to thrive.

Marketing director
Reniel Bautista, also known as Ramen within the crypto space, embarked on his journey into the world of cryptocurrencies in 2021. Initially delving into the realm of low cap coins, often colloquially termed "shitcoins," he rode the waves of the bull market, experimenting with various assets. However, recognizing the fleeting nature of trends, Ramen shifted his focus to creating gaming content on TikTok, particularly centered around Axie Infinity. As the Axie hype surged, so did his viewership, yet Ramen remained astutely aware of the potential bubble surrounding the phenomenon.
In 2022, he co-founded Gainers Ground alongside CritG, a platform aimed at fostering a supportive community for traders of all levels. Ramen’s innate talent for teaching and his knack for simplifying complex trading principles quickly distinguished him within the community. His dedication and expertise led to his appointment as the Marketing director of Gainers Ground, where he continues to spearhead initiatives aimed at empowering aspiring traders.

Known as FRIX in the trading industry. He is one of the Original co-founder of Gainers Ground. He started trading in 2022 and mastered the basics in trading from basic patterns to one of developers of our very own GG Strategies. He also explored different trading strategies like ICT-SMC making him a multi-concept and multi-market trader. A BSHRM Batch 2017 graduate, former barista from Starbucks, and now an entrepreneur to his own coffee shop while being a trader simultaneously.

Started his Web3 journey in 2021 Web3 games,diligently engaging to huge communities just for him to be noticed by guilds and get a scholarship. After a few months of persistence he became a scholar and after some time he used the funds he earned to explore the world of NFTs. His first experience on NFTs was nothing but a roller coaster ride, trying NFTs from different chains until he found the chain he wanted to focus on, Solana.
As he gained experience in the space he noticed that his skills are useful for emerging NFT projects, hence he decided to use and capitalize on his skills to help handle multiple international NFT projects. Currently he is a web3 researcher and educator for Gainers Ground and to this date he has been invited as a guest speaker to talk about NFTs, opportunities, and web3 in different 4 webinars, with the latest one having over 100 participants.

For four years and counting, he has navigated the world of trading, riding the waves of ups and downs, with each experience etching valuable lessons into his journey.
Beyond trading, within the esteemed halls of Gainers Ground, he puts on multiple hats. As a member of the creatives team, he wields pixels like a skilled artist—crafting eye-catching visuals for social media posts and enhancing the community’s visual experience. Additionally, as a Gainers Ground Discord admin, he maintains order, fosters engagement, and ensures the smooth flow of communication among fellow traders and enthusiasts.

Started his Web3 journey wayback late December of 2021 as he became exposed to the world of crypto through Web3 gaming. He experienced handling multi accounts because of his dedication and diligence in searching for web3 opportunities. As the crypto market cycle turns bear, it ignites an awareness that he needs to deep dive to the depths of crypto. Starting off as a spot trader and feels like he needs to learn more.After learning through online, he went to various web3 events within the country to learn further, build connections and find different opportunities.
As he incorporates all the learnings from online on different various learning channels and offline through acquaintances turned into friends, He is now a funded trader In a different proprietary firm, then eventually became a funded trader.
